Lookin' Up! Nawt.

Phew. It's been a while since I've posted. But hey, better late than never eh?

So everything in my family that had happened is running smooth. Both of my grandfathers made a full recovery. My dad has an amazing job that he adores. I'm more happy. Less mourning over the losses in my life.

Yeah. Then Josh, my 12 year old brother decided to pull the dumbest stunt of his life. He ran away from home last Monday, 3/39/10. Hah. He left around 2:45 PM without any of us noticing. My parents were out. Dad working, Mom with her parents at the doctor's. Katie and I were calmly doing our schoolwork. Josh slips. Gone.

Katie and I realized it around 3:15. Basically tore apart the entire house from top to bottom. Looked everywhere. I eventually had to call Mom at 3:30. I couldn't decide what to do. She had me send Kate to look around the neighborhood. While I kept looking the house. Calling to Josh, saying if he didn't come out, we were calling 911. Little did I know, that would actually be required....

Katie came back.
Nothing. No trace.

She took over the searching while Mom kept telling me things to look for. 5 minutes later, I heard a loud yell. Katie had found a "To-Go" list of Josh's. He planned the runaway, taking money, clothes. He had three bags, and a cooler with him, we later found out.

After that, Mom had me call 911, since we were positive he ran away. I gave the description, and a police officer arrived at the house, followed by Mom, about 15 minutes later. (It's about 4:15 PM now.) Luckily, another officer had actually seen and stopped Josh about 5 minutes (driving distance) up the road around 3:30PM. He didn't have the authority to pick him up then, because we hadn't realized he was missing. So we had a headstart in where he was going. Mom and the police officer went out to look for him. 20 minutes later, Mom called saying they had him. Police officer picked him up. Brought him home close to 5. I made dinner to keep busy, Hah.

He stayed in his room until around 7 that night. We had a family discussion around 9. It was ridiculous. He blamed our family. He thought he didn't deserve punishment. Honestly? It was downright annoying. I couldn't believe he'd try to throw it all on us.. acting like we all hate him.

For the record. Male teenagers are way too dramatic. xP So yeah. Tensions are still high in my household. I swear, I'd rather be starving than deal with this... My family is ridiculously dramatic and no one wants to take any blame.

You may only cast a stone if none of you have sinned...

........Yeah. I think my family needs to rethink. xD
